The cinema part of the festival, which took place in seven cities, gathered a total of 108 427 participants (compared to 93 884 in 2024):
WARSAW: 71,614 participants (compared to 61,227 in 2024)
WROCŁAW: 11,621 participants (compared to 11,425 in 2024)
GDYNIA: 9,063 participants (compared to 7,913 in 2024)
POZNAŃ: 6,697 participants (compared to 5,875 in 2024)
KATOWICE: 2,662 participants (compared to 3,323 in 2024)
ŁÓDŹ: 2,381 participants (compared to 1,097 in 2024)
BYDGOSZCZ: 1,454 participants (compared to 1,721 in 2024)
FESTIVAL WEEKEND: 1,321 participants (compared to 1,513 in 2024)

69: THE MILLENNIUM DOCS AGAINST GRAVITY FESTIVAL NPS RESULT
78% of the festival’s viewers are Promoters (people who would definitely recommend the brand to others), 13% are Passives and 9% are Detractors.
The Net Promoter Score is an index that measures the customer’s satisfaction with the brand and their willingness to recommend it to others. Respondents are asked questions and based on their answers three types of customers are selected: Promoters of the brand, Detractors and Passives. Every result above 30 is considered to be good.

69% of the respondents were women, 31% were men.
The largest groups of participants were individuals aged 25-34 (36%) and those aged 25-44 (25%).
We have great hopes about the future! In addition to the hybrid formula, retained for the 2026 Festival, in December 2020 we launched a permanent VOD platform: VOD.MDAG.PL, which hosts the best documentaries from the previous editions of Millennium Docs Against Gravity as well as art-house features. This way the festival became a year-round event, constantly carrying out its key goals: popularising film culture, educating about documentary filmmaking, and—most importantly—reaching the widest possible audience with interesting, moving, and wise stories.
